We wanted to take the opportunity over the next few weeks to highlight the experience of some of our candidates. These are just some of the individuals who have benefited from registering and finding work through Rapid Personnel.
Laureta is originally from Albania and came to the UK via Greece in 2018. Rapid Personnel was recommended by friends and she found work through our agency almost immediately after she arrived in the UK. In fact, she registered one day and was working the next.
She says finding work that quickly is unheard of in Greece. Furthermore, she registered with another agency when she arrived in the UK and they were much slower to respond with job offers.
She has had a variety of work through Rapid from food production to packing books. Laureta describes working with Rapid Personnel as wonderful. She says “I love the fact I can get a minibus to work. Rapid always finds a way to get staff to and from work. Also, if the job they have found me isn’t quite the right fit, Rapid will always work hard to find me something else.”
Laureta is an important member of our team and works hard each day to make sure our clients expectations are always exceeded.
