Rapid Personnel are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution business based in Didcot, on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment, so we are looking for reliable individuals who are comfortable being on their feet throughout the shift and working to targets.

Shift patterns – 6AM – 2PM or 2PM – 10PM

Pay rates – £13.42 – £14.62 per hour

Key Responsibilities

· Picking customer orders accurately using voice-command headsets and following instruction

· Packing goods and preparing orders for dispatch.

· Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.

· Supporting with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

· Previous warehouse experience is essential.

· Good spoken and written English is essential to understand instructions and accurately pick orders.

· Comfortable using voice-command headsets and following instructions accurately.

· Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

· Able to stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift.

· Able to lift items weighing up to 20kg.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

· Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

· Commitment to Health & Safety procedures.

· MHE – Counterbalance or LLOP experience desirable but not essential
