From Production Line Operative to Technical Information Officer in just 10 months – Konstantinos’ story

Konstantinos started with Rapid Personnel in September last year. To begin with, he was assigned work on a production line as a production line operative.

Spotting that he was bright, capable and reliable, we offered Konstantinos the chance to step up into admin role with English Provender Company – one of our longstanding clients. He has performed exceptionally well in this role. In less than four months, he has been promoted to Technical Information Officer and given a permanent contract with the company.

It goes without saying that with each of these promotions, his pay also increased.
