Pride month

Across the world, the LGBTQ+ community comes together every June to celebrate Pride month. 

On 28th June 1969, police raided the Stonewall Inn, a club in Greenwich Village, New York. In protest, patrons, staff and local residents rioted in the street outside. They sought the establishment of places where LGTBQ+ people could go and be open about their sexual orientation without fear of arrest. Since those events of 1969, June has become the month dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and providing a platform to highlight the continued struggles faced in terms of discrimination and fair treatment. 

At Rapid Personnel, we do not discriminate against sexual orientation. We do not discriminate full stop.

We do not tolerate discrimination in any form in any of the workplaces where we place our staff. 

If any of our staff experience any type of discrimination, we would encourage them to let us know so that we can address it.

Nobody should be made to feel uncomfortable or fearful at work as a result of their sexual orientation, skin colour, ethnicity, religion, gender, or anything else.
