We offer a range of services to help set us apart from our competition. These include:

Rapid Personnel holds a restricted PSV operators licence and all of our drivers hold PCV driving licences. This allows us to provide a minibus service which is utilised fully to provide 24-hour transport to and from work for all temporary workers at no extra cost to our clients thus ensuring our staff report to work on time. This also means we can bring in quality staff from outside the local area.
It is illegal for any agency to transport temporary staff if they do not possess a restricted or full PSV operators' licence. In the event of an accident all insurances will become null and void. You as the client may then become liable for any damages under Health and Safety 'Duty of Care'

As an Independent agency, we are able to offer a very flexible and dedicated service at competitive rates. We are corporate members of the REC and have achieved REC Audited status. We have been audited against the TLWG code of practice and are also licensed by the GLA. What does this mean to you?

We operate a 24-hour phone line, seven days a week. We appreciate that shifts can run over a
24-hour period and understand that it is vital that managers are able to contact a representative
from our agency, should additional staff be required at short notice. By operating the 24-hour
phone line we can always be reached. Our 24-hour service is vital in helping us to meet the
demands of the industries we serve.

Our staff are fully reference checked before being sent to work. All workers are issued with the correct safety gear ensuring they comply with the current health and safety regulations. Work visas and permits are checked and copied for all employees. Our files are available for audit on request.

All Rapid Personnel's operational staff have an in depth understanding of the recruitment business in general, coupled with an extensive knowledge of the industrial, catering, engineering and construction markets. We are currently supplying
to a number of large blue chip organisations as well as small family run firms.
